Where are you located?
We are located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Geaux Tigers!
Do you offer local shopping?
We are completely online but we do offer local pickup within the area. Please select local pickup as an option at checkout and let us know when you would like to pickup your order so we can have it prepared for you.
What is your processing time?
We process all orders with 24-48 hours and ship within that time frame (with the exceptions of weekends and holidays.) All packages will be processed through USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise selected. Since we drop packages off at a local hub, our shipping times are generally faster than normal. However, packages can take up to 5 business days to be delivered depending on distance. If you have any questions or issues with your package, please reach out to us on our Contact page.
What is your return policy?
If you would like to return an item, regularly priced items still in excellent condition with tags attached are eligible for return within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered. This will be in exchange for store credit only. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please Contact us and let us know your order number and provide tracking for the return shipment. After 7 days, your item is no longer eligible for return. All items purchased at sale price are considered final sale. (Due to allergies, returns from non-smoke free homes are not accepted.)
What is your exchange policy?
If you would like to exchange an item, regularly priced items are eligible for return within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered if the following conditions are met: item still has tags attached, is in excellent condition, and we have the other item for exchange in stock. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please Contact us and let us know your order number and provide tracking for the return shipment. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship out the exchange at the shipping rate of $5. After 7 days, your item is no longer eligible for exchange. All items purchased at sale price are considered final sale. (Due to allergies, returns from non-smoke free homes are not accepted.)
